Job Description

  • Work with assigned Business Development Executives (BDEs) to develop an overall lead generation strategy to maximize opportunities and generates sales activity with customers and partners
  • Mentor and guide BDEs to ensure steady pipeline of leads are generated (ensure a healthy pipeline of leads exist at all times)
  • Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and gross profit quota by identifying, prospecting and qualifying new customers
  • Coordinate complex decision-making process and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities

Job Description

  • Do internet based research of target segments to build/update and maintain a database of prospective clients and key decision makers
  • Make introductory cold call and follow up calls to prospective clients to initiate discussions and start the sales process

  • Providing technical assistance to the end-users of Abara LMS, our cutting-edge LMS software
  • Technical Support Representatives support end users, learning management systems administrators, and users
  • Ensure finest level communication with the customer and meeting all defined service level agreements (SLAs) while analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving issues for customers and partners
  • Responsible for providing regular updates with respect to progress of each incident, and quickly providing high quality, creative, and timely solutions in a professional manner while meeting defined customer service goals
  • The Product Support Engineer should be able to resolve post-sales, non-technical, and technical queries of customer inquiries via phone and electronic means like chat or Zendesk, Freshdesk/other help desk or ticketing systems. A primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for facilitating LMS Support and providing advice and assistance to internal employees as well as external customers on diverse customer situations and escalated issues
