I am an Instructional Designer for over 9 years and now I work with the Sales and Solutions Team as a Learning Design Consultant. My work involves engaging with customers to understand their digital training requirements and helping bring clarity to them by suggesting creative solutions. I work in close liaison with the development teams to ensure the client requirement is properly understood and the proof-of-concepts are reflective of that. I also work on proposals and scope estimations that outline the solutions and efforts for the customers.
