This course is designed keeping in mind airline flight crews that have to deal with disruptive passenger behavior. Incidents of angry, intoxicated passengers can be a potential security threat to a flight and all airlines have to have training to ensure that their staff are prepared to deal with such situations. The training covers the meaning of disruptive behavior, ways to identify potentially disruptive passengers and how to implement airline policies to manage such passengers. It has a character-based approach, coupled with attractive visual graphics and various scenarios.
Since it is HTML5 based, it is mobile friendly and works on PC and Tablet devices.
