Here are the top 5 features of the LMSs of the present and future. Each learning experience should be unique. And by unique I mean that it should be capable of achieving possibly the best retention rate. To make this work in the favour of the organizations or the training environment, Learning Management Systems (LMSs) have played a major role.

1Experience Application Programming Interface (xAPI)

With the growing need of the organizations to track instructions in a formalized way, especially in specific areas like compliance, safety, new joiner orientation programs, etc., all LMS products do not have the same capacity in managing learning at the workplace through knowledge sharing, coaching, assignments, and stuff like that.
